To all the talents of INDRA PRASTHA FESTIVAL (IPF) 2013

It is announced that the rehearsal

on December 19th , 2013

is reschedule

on December 20th , 2013 ( Friday )

It will be started at 02.00 p.m. - 05.00 p.m.

in Basketball Court

All the talents / groups must bring the CD , Costume , and any supporting materials

for performance

X. DEGREES OF COMPERATIVE

Ada 3 tingkatan dri " DEGREES OF COMPERATIVE " yaitu :
a ) Equal (Positive)
Formula : S + be + as + adj + as + S
Example :
- Bryan is as handsome as Kevin
- Jeftha is as tall as Alfin
- Yohanes is as dilligent as Even

b ) Comperative
Formula : S + to be / more + adj + ... er + than + S
Example :
- Jeftha is taller than Alfin
- Yohan and Even are more dilligent than Kevin
- Bryan is more handsome than Kevin

*note
"more" digunakan untuk kata kerja dengan 2 suku kata atau lebih )

c ) Superlative
Formula : S + be + the + (adj + ... est) / (most + adj) + N ( in,on,of,among,etc )
Example :
- Yohan is the most dilligent student in the school
- Alfin is the tallest person in the world
- Asas is the biggest man among of them

*note :
"most" dipakai untuk kata kerja dengan 2 suku kata atau lebih

Ada beberapa kata yg mengganti kata katanya yaitu :

good > better > best
bad > worse > worst

IX. MENGAWALI, MEMPERPANJANG, MENUTUP PERCAKAPAN TELEPON

To Begin the conversation :

di materi ini aku hanya memberikan cara" untuk mengawali, memperpanjang, dan menutup percakapan tatap muka

Untuk mengawali :

- How are you ?
- How do you do ?
- Nice day isn't it ?

Untuk Memperpanjang :
- Hey do you know about ....
- What do you think about ...
- By the way / anyway ...

Untuk Menutup :
- See you
- Bye
- That was an interesting talk but i must go so bye ...

VII. MEMBERI PERHATIAN PADA LAWAN BICARA

To interest people / tourist you can ask them :
- Asking about their activity
- Asking about interesting news
- Asking about their job
- Asking about how interesting their job is
- Asking about the interesting views in your country
- Asking them a meal or drink

Example :

Even : Hello Sir
Joshua : Oh.. hello there...
Even : Can i talk with you ?
Joshua : Sure
Even : First let me introduce myself my name is Efraim Alfaroes Van Bethoven. can i know your name ?
Joshua : my name is Joshua
Even : do you know about this news ? in the U.S.A. there is an accident. It is about truck that bring tomatoes. It get burned by terrorist and cause of that the police came at that place and found a big bomb inside the truck. its truly a terrorist's work aren't it?
Joshua : yes that's true kid. what a nice news you have. do you watch it from Television ?
Even : yes i do. i watch it last night
Joshua : oh by the way.. it is the time for me to go so bye..

*note : jika kalimat positif didepan.. dibelakang pakai negatif
           jika kalimat negatif didepan.. dibelakang pakai positif

To answer or give an agreement you can use :
- I'm with you
- I agree
- Positive

To disagree you can use :
- I'm not with you
- Negative
- I think that's not a good idea
- I disagree / i don't approve that
